The Number Seven

Are you a reader of mindbodygreen?  Never heard of mindbodygreen?  It's a wellness website that I am a fan of.  I don't like every article but I love this one that was posted today:

I can definitely identify with at least half of the Oola blockers (fear, guilt, anger, self-sabotoge, and lack of focus, which manifests into laziness (and frustration!!!))

So what baby steps am I going to take to steer myself in the right direction?
